I have nothing against James as a person, but he must be the most overhyped athlete of this age. I was fed up with hearing about his move, and I couldn't care less about anything he's been doing since then -- except that it annoys the snot out of me to have to hear about the diva every time I turn on a sports show.

They are always over hyping something. Every year. I am tired of hearing about LB as well but it is much better than Anna Nicole Smith, Britney Spears, Lindsy Lohan, Paris Hilton and last years saga - Tiger Woods. I especially got tired of Tiger Woods because that gave many woman the opportunity to perpetrate as if they are pillars of high moral aptitude as if they never cheat on their husbands and boy friends. That got to be very sickening.

I agree utterly, but you can't fight the public's interest. To limit the airtime consumed, might I propose that we henceforth combine coverage of Anna Nicole, Britney, Lindsay, Paris and Tiger into a single show. Just take all of 'em and put them all up in a nice resort for the weekend and then check in from time to time. Should make for spicy teevee.
