As long as you show up on I belive 3 of the 5 recognized teams you get to be called Consensus All American. We used to only count these, but then a few years back they went and started counting all of them.

Yes, they are both consensus AA's.

I believe OU was tied with ND for consensus All-Americans at 31 or 32 (notice the school website says "no one has more" and not "we have the most"). This would break the tie for OU.

Not consensus yet, you have to be first team on 3 of these 5 teams

The National Collegiate Athletic Association recognizes College Football All-America Teams selected by the Associated Press, American Football Coaches Association, Football Writers Association of America, Sporting News, and the Walter Camp Football Foundation (WCFF) to determine consensus All-Americans.

Just depends on the organization and if they want to put a FB on the list
