I heard Pat Jones in the past year or two talking about the probation that happened because of Dykes and he said that OSU was very, very close to getting the death penalty. In fact at one point it looked like that they were going to get nailed with it.

They seem to forget their glass house has dirty windows as well.

They had 3 probations within a 16 year period. If they would have received one more in the 5 years after the last one then they would have gotten the death penalty.

I think it would have been more of a taking them out of their misery penalty. Kind of like a mercy killing.
