Who and where are the SF posters who were certain that the Sooners were gonna win no more than 8 games? When the guys had 3 road games remaining on the schedule this board was full of doom and gloomers.

Let's go. Time to eat crow. Man Up!

BTW, I was not one of those. I felt the Sooners would run the table to the CCG.

Who cares, they won't admit it anyway. OU-NU in the Big 12 title baby!!!!

Not me, I said we win out after the aTm loss. But the people who said 8-5 or the people who created the no chance to beat osu threads, shame on you.

I read the board during the off season and was sure we wouldn't win a game. I'll take my crow over-easy please.

I'm eating crow. I picked OSU in my pick 'em but will gladly give up those points and eat crow. That was one of the more fulfilling victories I have experienced in a few years. Struggled on the road, knocked orange aggy off their "pedestal", and sewed up the Big XII south. ahhh.

No need for this...enjoy the moment...

I didn't predict a season record, but Friday afternoon I did predict that Blackmon would re-injure his ankle/foot in the second quarter, and damned if he didn't. He was in and out the rest of the game. Also said we would win 45-28, so was not too far off. Is there a reward?

I was sure Orange Aggy was going to pull it off this year, possibly in a beatdown. I'm happy to be wrong.

As I recall the pre-season prediction thread, the most common prediction for regular season record was 10-2. Wisdom of the masses, I guess. So should someone eat crow if they predicted 8-4? If so, then what about the 12-0 predictions; they were off by 2 games too. Or is it honorable to be wrong as long as you're optimistic? Bah, this is a football board and I hope to always see honest opinions.

Really? You have pukes to doosh after last night, NOW you want to doosh Sooner Fans? Who freakin cares how many they picked, it could have just as easily gone the other way.

Btw, I didn't pick a number of wins for the seaons. I follow Bob's theory and just take each game as they come. So doosh me, too, if you want.

You suck!

I don't pick for any game, but this one was as sweet as they come because the Pokes and their fans were so sure they would kick our behinds.

Who sucks?

I'm lost but intrigued. :D :hot:

I admit that I wasn't very confident in our ability to win the last two road games, but the coaches gameplanned well and the players executed well. Cheers.

I'll eat some crow, BV and KW called a great game against the Pokes. My only complaint the entire game was kicking off(vs squib kick) in the 4th.

I picked us to win this one. I also expected us to lose to Mizzou and A&M, and I wasn't super confident about Baylor. Where does that leave me? Should I be impressed I'm as good as I am or worried that I dared to expect us to lose, even when we did?

I predicted that someone would ask people to eat crow if OU won out after the A&M game. I was right.

While I never said that we would lose the rest of our road games, I certainly wasnt 100 percent confident that we would win out following the ATM loss. I'll have myself a bite of crow.

I said we needed to score 40-45 to win. And I thought we could do it given that Nebraska scored 51 with a RB throwing TD passes.

I'll have a little crow. Sure.

I'm not really sure why a lot of people got their panties in a wad over this thread. I never meant anyone to take it seriously.
