I love watching the replay of that. It was a great play, but what cracks me up is Broyles' reaction. He just stood there. He must have been thinking, WTF? Then he got leveled on a block and just sort of sat up and didn't move. He was just as confused as I was. Did that really just happen??

He did get leveled. I was like ouch!!!! but honestly that was a great play. I'm NOT going to give their fans any love but I will say a couple of plays their defense didn't look as bad as their stats state. It reminded me of the game there in 08.

My first thought was last years CCG when the refs stopped the clock because the ball went out of bounds, thus giving tx that second to kick the field goal.

That's a really good point. What did they say the rule was then?

They said the time stops when it hits anything out of bounds lol. It hit that rail so they put that sec. back on the clock.

That was the first time I had ever seen anything like this. Really athletic play.

Yea, in 09, the ball hit the ground out of bounds. Tonight, the ball never hit out of bounds, so its a live ball. Great play!

It hit a rail, not the ground.

It was a fantastic play, no doubt about it.

Oh, well, I guess the rail is the ground, according to those refs. I don't know; I'm just happy to be back in the Big12 CCG :D

I sure wasn't laughing during the game.

My roommate started screaming illegal forward pass. Apparently it's happened in the NFL before and the interception would stand, but it'd be an illegal forward pass in the pros.

But who knows, it is 1:41am afterall.
