I'm not trying to fall for poke logic, but this part had me a little worried. Am I just reading this wrong?

It says "unless two of the tied teams are within one spot of another" but doesn't specify that it has to be the highest and second highest ranked.

So if its OU-9th Atm-14 Osu-15... then as I read it.. "the head to head of the top two ranked teams" would kick in leading to AtM going...

Please show me why this wouldn't be the case

I am not sure the Ags can win a tie breaker with us anyway because they have a third loss.

There have been other threads on this. Whether or not the league intended this interpretation, the way the rule was written, if it's us at 9, aTm at 14, and osu at 15, aTm goes.

Oh, btw, nightmare (for us) scenario may be playing out... Sagarin rankings (http://www.usatoday.com/sports/sagarin/fbt10.htm) are out (I think they're the only rankings released before the BCS standings come out. We're 7th, OSU is 13th. aTm? 12th.
