Slow day for early games. Virginia Tech does nothing on offense for the first quarter but begins the second quarter with an INT taken 19 yards to the Virginia 5 and an easy TD run.

Hawaii runs over New Mexico State 59-24.

Hawaii, leading the nation in passing (again) actually ran the ball pretty well today with Alex Green running 19 times for 327 yards (not a typo) That's averaging 17 yards per carry.

Greg Salas, the nation's #2 receiver also caught 10 passes for 191 yards.
