Which one of you doctors, lawyers,or Indian Chiefs is gonna buy that house for sale on the soth side of Stoops' new castle?Driving from Moore to Norman sevearl times a week down 36Th we pass Castle De Stoops frequently. We noticed about a week ago or so that the house and poperty just sot was for sale.My wife looked up the property online and discovered that it was in the $ 1,000,00 + range. As that is just a tad outside our budget I was just curious if someone around here was looking to become Bob's neighbor.

I would like to say to anyone looking to buy it as a vacation home,I am availible to housesit at a reasonable rate. :)

I would buy it, but Bob's wife and I just don't get along ever since that cake incident at Elizabeth Taylor's wedding.

I'm still trying to figure out who's moving in across the street from Switzer on Chautauqua in Norman.

No, you're thinking of his West Hollywood escapade that went terribly wrong.

If stoops moved in next door to my ****ty house, I would ask way too much money for it as well.

or was it terribly right?

why dont we all get together, pool our cash and buy the house. then, on a sunday after a loss, we can all sit in the backyard and tell bob what he did wrong.

my savings is good for at least a closet or something

Stoops new house looks like a "new money" monstrosity - and impossible not to notice from a quarter mile away. Hopefully it shapes up better in the end than what I saw last time I drove by.

25 years ago that land was used (by me) and many others as a place to party. Now it's just part of the new Norman/Moore/OKC generic metro area. The green belt between Norman and undifferentiated mass of Moore and OKC is forever gone.

Oh, I'm sure that whoever buys the house will give Bob plenty of that kind of action.
