Mack is smart. He's found a way to subcontract out one of his responsibilities and get the job done for free.

Of course, you get what you pay for. Asking fans to help with coaching is like asking a sanitation worker to help fly a 747.

BTW, I guess the freedom to choose your favorite team doesn't apply at the third-grade level in Texas. Where's the ACLU when you need them? (Although I must say that this clip is an unintentional fark.)

Here would be my motivational clip: "Play hard this week, guys, so that you can get laid. And I have arranged a booster to pay you a lot of money if you win."

I got through about 10 seconds of the pre-poke one. This is a cliff's note's version:

You guys fight for the guys on your left and right, but if you don't, fight for all of the hundreds of thousands of empty DKR seats that should be filled by guys who can't play football good enough to get free educations!"

The UT-Nebraska one is unbearable. And that is the one game all season they played well.
