Three Southern Miss football players were shot at a bar in Hattiesburg, Miss., early Sunday morning, according to a television report.
WDAM of Hattiesburg is reporting that an altercation took place at Remington's Hunt Club around 1:20 a.m. Sunday. The fight then moved outside the Hunt Club, where one person opened fire, injuring three.
According to a report on the Hattiesburg American website, a Southern Miss spokesperson has confirmed that all three shooting victims were Southern Miss football players.
Sources told WDAM that all three are in critical condition.
According to the report, Southern Miss coach Larry Fedora has been spotted at Forrest General Hospital, as have several members of the Southern Miss football team.
