Sooner fans can appreciate speed and talent. But I guess there are no Sooners on the Raiders' roster.

The Cam Newton story is big news (plus we recruited him) and everybody loves trick plays. That's why those are threads. But the Raiders?!? C'mon man! I don't think anybody cares or you would have more replies...

Yeah, I watched that game. It was the first home game for the Raiders NOT blacking out since their opener last year.

It was a great football game. Jason Campbell wasn't great, but he came through with some big passes thanks to this Ford guy. I didn't know anything about him - but I do now.

this was the first meaningful November game for the Raiders since 2002.

The division is still the Chiefs to lose, but the Raiders are at least in the conversation for a playoff spot. They'll need some help though. I don't think the Raiders can beat the Chiefs at Arrowhead.

Kid is fast for sure. He absolutely ran away from everybody on the KO return.

Would be so awesome if they held the fastest man competition again and got a lot of the big name guys to show out and really see who is the fastest.

After attending two Raider games in Oakland in the mid-09s, I have to say that I cannot come close to hating any team/city as much as the Oakland Raiders. Oakland is a dump and Raider fans are horrible.. I don't know if it was the 50ish womoan wearing the F**k the Niners shirt, or the real fear I had for my safety.

Of course, I was wearing a Marino jersey for a Dolphin-Raider game..:D

Two things have made a big difference for the Raiders this year. One, they are finally able to stop the run on a somewhat consistent basis. Two, Darren McFadden is finally playing up to the hype. Finally having a guy who can catch the ball down the field, 'cause Al likes to see them chunk it deep on a regular basis, is the icing on the cake.

Yes, I'm a Raider fan. Whether they make the playoffs this year or not, this season has still been a huge improvement over the past seven. When Asomugha gets back in the lineup, if they can avoid any other major injuries, they should be able to stay in the game with almost anyone.
