Why do we continue to try and run the zone offense based on reading the def. end when we play with a pro style qb. I can't figure out why we will not get a qb who is a threat to run.

Either get a qb who can pull it and run, or go back to the I and stay in it.

The spread can put up a lot of points, make exciting plays, but when it comes down to it, when was the last time a team won it all running the spread with a pro-style qb?

it hasn't happened!

Also seems like we lack the passion and intensity on the road. Can't figure out why?

Not saying our coaching staff is bad, but maybe we need to change the message or the person who is giving the message.

A very good point and one I'm surprised is not scrutinized more often. A total waste of time. Everyone knows our QB is not going to keep it and it's open about 90 % of the time.
