Welcome to the club, Aztecs.

Until they cover every game in the Top 25 with the same amount of cameras and camera angles and make it all a standard...these things will continue.

Money draws attention to to these games and the big Schools in Big Games get more coverage. SDSU's loss to Mizzou doesn't make it as much a deal anyway IMO. If they'd had been undefeated like TCU and Utah...it might make it a bigger deal.

wow thats pretty bad. i like how it gets explained. The main replay official was focused on a camera angle where a player obscures the ball and 2 other replay guys, both BYU grads, keep their mouths shut about notifying him of the other views, one of which is the standard sideline feed!

I don't think the graduate of a school should have any say in the outcome of a game thier alma mater is playing in.

Agreed. This should extend to any game in their alma matter's conference.

I hope SDSU boosters called in death threats like OU boosters did to the UO tool who called that game...

Corruption does not just apply to politics unfortunately. I'd hate to win a game like that.

When crap like this happens, the replay refs should lose their game check that week and be suspended by the officiating league for a predetermined amount of time. This is just ridiculous and unacceptable.

That's bad, but is it really Texas Tech phantom TD bad?
It is certainly not on the level with this:

Heads should roll! If you can't get that right you should have no say in the future of the game.

Eh, about the same.

True that. (I think I'm the only one that really understands why the refs blew the call on the field. Well, maybe I'm the only one.)

That's bad, but not in the territory of Tech's 8 1/2-yard first down, or the onside kick disaster at Oregon. Those were game changers. This was in the third quarter. Still, a bad call, compounded by the fact replay easily should have caught that.

Leroy...Seriously, we all know you're the only one here who knows anything at all.

i don't know about other places, but the replay techs at OU are OU staff(that do it in addition to their regular job), and go to bowl games that the Big 12 isn't playing in

Yep he fumbled. Anyone notice that the runner was having his head ripped off by a SDSU player? Or am I imagining that little facemask there at the same time that he is fumbling?

The SDSU player's left hand touched the face mask, but didn't pull on it. No facemask. (Which is not reviewable anyway.)
