Penny sucking will not fool a breath-alyzer. No matter what you may have heard. In fact, it could lead to your arrest for DUI if you are obviously sucking on a penny while discussing the accident at the scene with the investigating officer.

You can't make this stuff up folks. It happened in Tulsa. Recently. Not my client thank goodness.

'Homey - heres a question... Would you refuse a breathalyzer or request a BAC test? I have been told and shown by a sheriff deputy how bad breathalyzers can be (not calibrated acurately and fooled by eating a rum ball). Requesting a BAC test would (unless a specific law) not say you're refusing, just requesting a certain test. Now if over on a BAC you're toast...

Never take a breathalyzer. EVER. Unless you have had NOTHING alcoholic in at least 24 hours. You won't pass, and can only upgrade your charges to aggravated DUI, which is a Fun-fun-fun-felony.

If ya refuse you automatically lose yer license fer 6 months. If ya take one and Fail, (Which lets be honest, The only reason yer gonna have to take one is cause yer drunk.)
You lose yer license fer 6 months AND give em evidence to use against you in court .
So tell em No You aint had a Chance to study, so you aint ready to take a test , go to yer cell, call a Bondsman then yer attorney.
