I just got an e-mail saying I won! I don't even remember buying a ticket, but apparently that can't stop my string of awesome good luck! I won exactly one million pounds!

I have to pay a small one-time fee and provide them with my bank account information, but that's just a mere technicality!

OMG! I'm so freaking happy! So long, suckers! I'm on easy street now!

Aw, man. I have to pay a $25,000 pound to dollar conversion fee. Not a problem when you see all that money I'm going to get. Luckily, Mr. Fred Peters of the British Money Conversion Institute is on top of the situation and he will let me know what else to do.

I am so blessed that British strangers are looking out for me and my well-being.

My name is Dr. Ben S. Bernanke, Chairman, Federal Reserve System, U.S.A. However, i am blissful to inform you that the contract panel held at the white house today just released your name as one of the unpaid beneficiary.

This should help answer your question a bit....a little info on the Treasurer of the US that signed the $5 bill in question.

Kathryn Elizabeth Granahan (December 7, 1894 – July 10, 1979) was a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania.
