1. Nevada
2. Fresno State
3. @ Toledo
4. @ Ole' Miss
5. Tulsa

 That's a giant step backwards from this year, and they won't even have an argument next year. This is ridiculous.

Even this dude thinks its hilarious.

they will be in the MWC though, right?

they'll have to get through Utah and TCU as well

will Kellen Moore still be there?

It's not a terrible schedule. It's not especially tough or anything, but it's not awful.

Not a step back as w/ their full schedule since they'll be in the Mountain West. They'll probably play more ranked teams in the regular season than they ever have next year.

They won't have Utah - they are jetting out to the Pac-10. They will have TCU though. (Oh...and New Mexico)

And I thought John Blake was a bad coach. The UMN coach doesn't seem to have a clue what he is doind (from the week's + trip I saw on local TV out there). Anyway, I bet Blue Field U gets UMN with a new coach next year.

Boise State can whine all they want, but with a schedule like this there is no way they will make it next year over a 1 loss Big 12 or 1 loss SEC team.

By the way, it is really nice to be here! I am enjoying this board so far. Boomer Sooner!!

I think the Big 12 would be smart to scoop up TCU before they go to another conference. It just makes sense plus they would bring some good competition. I like TCU a whole lot better than Colorado!

They could add Colorado State but that wouldn't really do anything beneficial to the conference.

True, if we could replace Colorado with TCU I think that would be an upgrade for the conference. I just do not see Colorado rebounding anytime soon and TCU seems to put a good product on the field year after year. Colorado State in the Big 12 would be a disaster! :)

Yea I would be happy to have TCU in conference but nobody wants another Texas team. They could move us and the Pokes to the North. That would suck though.

they won't have BYU either. The fact that they're still playing Fresno and Nevada (although isn't Kapernick a senior?) might slightly help their schedule along with playing TCU.

They should have gone Independent after the Fiesta Bowl v. us, and pulled a Bobby Bowden. Too bad they want to be paid like a lower midmajor but treated like a power team in a power conference.

Enough already.. OU should go independent play teams like Wyoming, Rice, McNeese State.. go undefeated and head to a title game.

It's easy when you only have to show up for 1 game.

What REALLY sucks is that Boise will probably be the school to break our 47 win streak.

FWIW, BSU just signed a 3 game deal w/ Michigan State. The spread in games is pretty big though. They open 2012 @ MSU, w/ the other 2 games in 2022 (@ BSU) & 2023 (@ MSU). I'm a little incredulous in regards to the fact that they'll do a 2 for 1 w/ MSU, but not with OU or NU.

With that big of gap it's not really a true 2 for 1. It's a one off with a home and home way down the road once Boise has a bigger stadium. MSU is also paying 1.2 mil for the home game in 2012.

They're going to have a bigger stadium? How in the **** will they fill it being in the middle of nowhere? The only way I'd EVER go to idaho would be during ski season.

Well, for one, I'm pretty sure OU and Nebraska weren't willing to pay out 1.2 mil for a two for one.

Once Boise wins the MNC this year their position at the first of the year next year should position them for a back to back MNC...they are awesome. :D

I think if Oregon loses a game and still wins the PAC it will be a traditional Rose bowl, so who would they play then??? big 12 in the fiesta?

If Oregon loses, then it's Boise versus the winner of the Iron Bowl for the national title. Unless Boise loses, then it's a moot point.
