But, part of maturity is realizing that not everyone feels the same way you do. They think differently, act differently, and hold different values. Not everyone is the same. A mature person recognizes this, and accepts it. A childlike mind cannot conceptualize this, and will assume that anything differing from their own perspective is wrong, uneducated, somehow less than human.

When I was 19, I thought that solely through my cunning logic, rapier like wit, and stunningly good looks, I could change people's minds on religion, politics, and taste in music. All I got was a lot of wasted time and lost opportunities. What I learned was this: People are different, and that is a good thing. No one side is wrong, it's just a different perspective.

I can only offer you this: Let go of your hate. There is a lot of good going on in the world. Enjoy it. Sure there's alot of bad and evil, but I think you'll find the root causes are a lot more complex than simply being the fault of those with whom you disagree.

Just a small point here...

It's a pet peeve of mine when people talk about RINOs but spell it RHINO. RINO is what's known as an acronym. For example, in this case, RINO stands for, "Republican In Name Only."

It makes no sense to accuse someone of being a "RHINO."
