In my opinion it was horrible.

It was almost like a fake sitcom you would see characters on another show watching.

And Shatner seems like he's playing Shatner, playing a role. More so than usual.

Nah. Best shows on TV are The Good Guys, Big Bang Theory, and Community. In that order.

**** My Dad Says is hilarious as a twitter feed, but they had to tame it way too much for network TV.

I like the show too but the rest of the cast is pure fail, especially the unemployed son and the blonde daughter in law. The gay coffee shop employee needs to be on the show more, he's pretty damn funny.

Shatner carries the show, I just wish that his supporting cast was better.

The last 2 episodes haven't been as funny. If it isn't Shatner, it sucks. Modern Family is great.

I've read that twitter blog - it sounds like an irritated old dad fed up with his freeloader son. I'd say it's time for freeloader to move out, but if he did, no material for the book or tv show :rolleyes:

Anybody that can take a twitter account and turn it into a lucrative Hollywood career gets much spek from me.



The show is horrible though. The writing is just awful, it's like you can just sit there watching the jokes marching up 5th avenue and shout out every single punch line before Shatner says it.
