Did he recruit that mormon punter who took about five steps and got about half his punts blocked? What was that guy's name?

Actually, I know he played under Schnelly so it was either Gibbs or Schnelly who recruited him. Damn he sucked. (Can I say that about a player who played over 10 years ago?)
