eh, I wonder how much of that is #4 ignoring the coaches and doing what he wants, and how much is Childress.

Unless he said this, they have problems other than Childress.

Childress:

the first part was happening in Green Bay, part of the reason McCarthy pushed to get rid of him and go with Rodgers.
