Our blitz package sucks. No zone blitzing. No overloading a side. No corner blitzes. Just send a LB at the most predictable times. It's a joke.

They kept dropping Beal into coverage to protect against the screen plays.

That, I don't have a problem with. But, if you are going to do it, bring someone else like a linebacker, safety, or corner to makeup for it...like you used to do!

Also, it wasn't just Adrian Taylor limping around. Frank Alexander wasn't moving real well either. Looked like his back was hurting him.

We're not deep on the line and are having to play guys who are not even close to 100% healthy.

Beal wasn't even rushing the quarterback most of the time I watched him. He was half rushing and then trying to knock down the ball. Way to go Brent V... have your best pass rusher hold back half the game. I think he knocked down a couple passes but they weren't especially important.

It seemed as if the linebackers were constantly lined up pretty deep and simply trying to prevent something deep.

We didn't have one in 2000 either until XTAL time. Then brought in frosh Wilkerson, Klein, and Lehman for one fantastic game.
