OUI reported in the WWU this week that Broyles didnt practice all week. They said they waited until the weekend to report it because it could affect Mizzou's strategy if they didn't know already.

Also added that he will play despite not practicing.

To be fair to OUI and James Hale, it was someone else that said James Hale said that. The James Hale account did not say that Broyles was out, but in fact, said it was highly likely that he wouldn't be out of the game.

I think we have some rule about not posting subscription crap, so I won't post verbatim, but it wasn't Hale who said that Broyles was out for the game. It was someone saying that Hale said it.
