It's easy to tell - just count how many times Oklahoma gets mentioned. The frequency seems to follow the BCS standings pretty well. Compare this to last season when we were 3-3; the only mention we would get would be a clip of a sad looking Sam Bradford on the sidelines in street clothes. If we keep that #1 spot in the BCS, the love will continue to flow from ESPN. But they are a fickle partner - one loss and we're yesterday's garbage (until everyone else loses one).

ABC is carrying OU in a prime-time match up against an undefeated opponent, and ESPN's college game day will be there.

They have to talk about the Sooners. It's good for business.

Exactly. They love whoever is sitting in those top few BCS slots.

Agreed. I just thought I'd give one counter thread to all the "everyone is against us/hates us threads. No need to listen to the words, all you need is counter to tally the number of references. It's great that OU is relevant after sitting out a season.
