The new practice format and the freshmen.

I remember in the fall the players were talking about a new practice format Stoops borrowed from Alabama; where basically your 1st and 2nd teamers are getting reps at the same time. Some of the guys were saying that it was harder, but it helped the nonstarters progress as well. Maybe this is the reason these freshmen are playing like wily vets.
