I thought someone posted earlier this week that they called Dish to cancel over the FSN deal, and Dish told them they were carrying the game on a different channel? I don't know myself, but I think I read that....

Your probably did, I think I remember reading that. However, Dish CSRs are well known for not really knowing what the hell is going on. I doubt that Fox is giving their feed for these games to Dish under these circumstances and if they were, they'd both be using the **** out of the positive PR for helping out the consumer... of course, neither are do that.

If you have DishNetwork, go to a bar or a friends house cause you ain't gettn' it at home.

I am able to pick up games on Channelsurfing.net thank goodness, but, it looks like this game I will be grateful for streaming radio.....

my guide says that ch 444 is going to have it , whereas 416 just shows t "important news press info". so maybe... they did say they are making sure nobody misses any nfl or mlb games no matter what, maybe doing same for major colleges.

I see it also. When I tried to record it, it says the game is blacked out in my area(Nashville, TN). This really pisses me off. First they take away Disney HD from my son, and now they take away OU games from me. Looks like I'll be going back to cable after my commitment is up. :(

I believe if you have Fox Sports Rocky Mtn you will still get it. I still have Fox at the moment...

All I know is, that thing on Dish's website says I can see the game on three different channels. However, when I go to the guide on the tv, it says the game is blacked out in my area on all three of the channels.

I'm not taking any chances. The nearest sports bar is thirty miles from me, so we'll be loading up and going down there. No way I'm waiting til game time to find out I'm outta luck.

For once I'm happy with my cable. Since I only have 1 Fox sports channel it's not on that one. Luckily there is some stupid Vegas sports channel that never has anything on that anyone would watch...until now.
