Custom Signatures On Here?

Do you have to have a certain number of posts before you can have a custom signature on here? I can get it to show up in user CP section but not out here. How do you get a custom signature to show up at the end of each your posts?

The signature location is http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w176/reflector3/sig_reflector.png Any help would be appreciated.

as my sig, but it won't let me. Keeps saying invalid file. I don't think it's too big, 425 by 47. Can someone help me here, is the file to large or something?
