I was lucky enough to see every game of the 2000 season in person. All 13 games.

But my favorite moment of all was....

Torrance Marshall's interception at A&M.

I jumped up and down and shook my friend so hard I broke his headphones.

There are so many, but watching Uwe lead the tOSU crowd chanting "block that kick" in '77 will stick with me forever. It's not that a 41 yd FG is such an unusual thing, it was the sequence leading up to it. The game look totally hopeless at 20-28 with time running out and Thomas Lott and Billy Sims out with injuries. It took a miracle drive and recovered on-side kick to allow Uwe to seal the deal.

I was only 6 months old, but I gotta go with Joe Washington's TD run and 2 pt conversion at Missouri in 75. There are many many many to choose from though.

I'm 23.

my entire childhood OU was not very good at football (as a kid that is hard to deal with). I remember we hire some young guy named Stoops.

but honestly? The loudest I've yelled during an OU game?

2006-07 season. Boise State. Marcus Walker pick 6, to go ahead with a minute to go.

now yelling was not the question. but that is that.

Joe Washington punt return against USC. I turned over the kitchen table. My mother in law was pissed.
2000 Nebraska game I saw in person.
tu games in the past ten years that we won.

My favorite moment was when Howard Schnelleburger was drunk as a mule during the Colorado game. Either that or the times Boo had the twister mat on the sidelines to make sure we had 11 guys on the field because we were the first team in history (including Pee Wee teams) that could not figure out a better way to make sure that 11 guys ran out on the field.

My second favorite moment was the 2000 Nebraska game when I honestly couldn't fathom how far we'd come in a few short years. I can truly say that in 1998 I was not 100% sure we would ever make it back.

This is mine as well. This was the first OU game that I ever went to. It was awesome to say the least!!!! Couldn't talk for a couple of days after.

Too many plays from back in the day to sort through, but as for the Stoops era, I'll never forget Demarco hurdling the texass defender and then taking it 60+ to the house.

Lofton's fumble recovery/TD to seal the deal against mizzou in '07 is another that sticks in my mind.

As far as my reaction to the play is concerned, my favorite moment would have to be Demarco's TD as well. I was present for that game, and the reaction was awesome. It felt like I hugged everyone in my whole section who was wearing crimson, and I think I yelled the loudest I've ever yelled in my life.

1. Farris-to-Marshall. I was in 5th grade, and my friends and I lost our **** and dogpiled on my living room floor. Good times.

2. Derrick Strait's pick-six vs. Nebraska in 2000.

3. Blocked FG to win it vs. Syracuse in 1997. My 8th birthday. I rushed the field with my parents.

4. 1999: Coming back from a family reunion in Oregon with my grandma and going to an airport bar in Denver to check how bad OU was losing to A&M (remember, that was only 2 years removed from the Worst Game Ever in Norman), only to see that we were up 34-0. I ran suicides between the gate and the bar for like an hour, not wanting to miss the flight but not wanting to miss the game.

This.

I was I. The stadium and had been taking **** from orange smurfs all damn day. When that happened, man, everyone was chanting "sooner magic", wow!! I remember that was the end of the game and we won. What a fantastic way to win a bowl game!

Personally it was Heupel to Fagan to tie Nebraska 14-14 in 2000. That was the moment I knew Oklahoma Football was back after our long hiatus.

Gresham's TD against Florida. I missed most of the game because I had a flight (and no I didn't have any other option), when I got home I saw we were down 7-14 and the very next play Bradford threw that TD pass to him, I remember his shoe going off and screaming "GO GO GO" like crazy

The Superman Play is probably mine as well--certainly in terms of moments I was fortunate enough to be in the stadium for.

Renaldo Works's run against Alabama is up there as well.

As OU fans, we're used to winning but that season was SO out of the blue, & when Q crossed the goalline in Miami, that's when I knew that it was going to end the way that a dream season like that one should.

2002 Alabama game. Renaldo Works came through huge on that last drive to take the lead. But, the greatest moment was when Bassey scooped up the fumble and returned it. People were freaking out, high fiving, hugging, losing their minds in the student section. It was the closing thing to an orgy that I've ever seen at Owen Field.

I was privileged to be in the stands at Columbia that day. Eerie hearing a full stadium go silent.

I was there , too. There was one section that obviously didn't go silent. The Sooners in attendance were all going crazy!

I forgot about that one. I had to go to a wedding that night. This was before PDA phones were mainstream, so I went to the wedding which started at the same time as the game (OSU chick marrying some California fruitcake that didn't know what a football was, so they did not know not to sched during an OU game). I came out 45 minutes later and called my dad. He told me the score was like 28 to 0 already. I thought he was screwing with me and got a little mad until I turned on the radio in the car and realized he wasn't messing with me.

I was there on the front row. It was 115 degrees in the shade and that was the loudest I could ever remember the stadium getting.

agreed. never seen the stadium go as insane as it did that day. I rode my bike to the stadium that day from my off campus apartment. I blew out a tire and fell off my bike and was bleeding all over the place. I went to the game with a bunch of bandaids falling off all over the place because it was so damn hot that day and I was sweating like a whore in church. probably the hottest OU game Ive ever been to. just miserably hot. but so worth it when Bammer QB dropped the ball and Bassey took it to the house. the place was shaking and I probably hugged/high fived 15 random strangers in 10 seconds

Marcus Walker's pick 6 would be up there too, if only it had mattered.

I was at that game, and a couple of my buddies got into a brawl with the *****cat fans in the stands.

As for mine... first OU/Neb game in 1985 when Keith Jackson took the reverse for 80.

OU-Texass '96, Allen scored the TD in overtime to win it. My family completely lost it. The radio played Boomer Sooner non-stop for 20 minutes, it seemed, as we made our way to a rib dinner after watching the game on TV. One of the few bright spots of the Blake era.

Lots of favorites, some that were before my time, like the Joe Washington USC punt return.

Some of the favorites I have gotten see though:
2000 Nebraska game
2000 National Championship game
2002 Alabama Game-after seeing Jason White go down AGAIN the whole student section thought we were screwed, massive come back win.

One of my favorites non football football moments was during the USF Game at OU, Lee Roy Selmon coming back on the field to be honored, while he was the AD @ USF. The entire crowd chanting "LEE ROY SELMON" for what seemed like 10 minutes.

My favorite moment was the Uwe Von Schamann kick against Ohio State in 1977. Unbelievable finish.
