There are two other boards which I believe have at least equivalent football knowledge without the abusive environment. I am taking my business elsewhere.

1) Yes, IF you want to POST a comment on OWEN FIELD you'll have to be a member.

But as a few correctly pointed out, you can post all you want, (about any subject including OU Football), on O'Connell's.

2) We do have 4,000 posts per day and many are worthless, but that does not mean you see them, or that they were posted by Sooner fans. I

'm speaking of posts generated by SPAM companies selling porn, Viagra and everything else under the sun. We have to delete those posts, and the generating IP when we do see them.

3) What some people fail to realize is that running a big site takes big funds. We know not everybody can pay, and those people will still get a lot of Sooner information, but not in the detail from our staff that members get.

After a year of mostly positive experience, in which I had decided to become an Elite Sponsor, I started the Hollis Board, I had a 46,000 spek rating based on real spek not betting over two season and 1500 posts, in the last four weeks I can see this board is a place I don't want to be or patronize. There are two other boards which I believe have at least equivalent football knowledge without the abusive environment. I am taking my business elsewhere.
