Stoops has a winning record in the rivalry at 7-5, while Mack fell to 6-7. Nice as well.

I thought his 21+ would come true after the first two drives, but I guess his prediction wasn't meant to be.

In the post-game (UT) summary with David Ubben, Pat Forde almost snapped his spine while bending over backwards trying to emphasize the positives for Texas. Nothing about OU or Stoops....just that Texas made a lot of mistakes and missed a ton of opportunities -- despite trailing by double digits all day long.



Bristol must not have been able to tabulate the head-to-head record between Stoops and Mack because the company line was repeatedly stated: only the second time in six years. Keep watching DFW and Houston!

Yea every time I heard the same old 4out of 5 (before this game )I was thinking yeah but also 4 of 6,4 of 7 4 of 8,4 of 9 etc.so yeah if UT doesn't realize that the last 4 they are 2-2 (and want to go to the 4 of 6 route ) they must acknowledge 4 of 11.

I've already had a couple of my horn friends give me the "4 out of the last 6" comeback, so I just say "Wait, you mean 4 out of the last 11 right? Because that's what it actually is...." :D

I can see us getting 3 in a row, we have such a young team! We should slaughter them next year (knock on wood) and then have a pretty good chance in 2012. But after that, it's pretty much all up to how we recruit right now!

I love looking ahead, especially when our future is bright :D
