It is reportedly a burger with cheese, lettuce and bacon sandwiched by two Krispy Kreme donuts.

I was turned off so readily by the sight of this nasty burger that I now want to see if there's anything worse out there for your health... so, do your worst. Post pics of something worse than the "Donut Burger."

There's a place in Norman on Campus Corner called Fat Sandwich Company that had a similar sandwich. Swap the burger for a fried chicken patty. Not sure if they still offer it, but not to worry. All their other food is about as healthy.

NP is in Texas... and no, I didn't eat the donut burger! I'm grounding myself from anything too unhealthy to get my mile time down! Two mile time down too.

There will probably be worse things for you at the Texas State Fair than this... everything's bigger down there all :rolleyes:

Fearless Freaks was a good DVD! The dramatization of the Long John Silver's robbery was hilarious. It is now a Vietnamese Noodle shop and fine one indeed! Pho Cuong is amazing!

We got to the Expo building and was able to get in but they had turned the fryer off on the Apple Fries. They sold Apple Dumplings, Cinnamon Rolls, Apple Fritters and some other stuff too....but the Apple Fries looked pretty damn good.

Worse for you than the donut-burger? Probably the KFC Double-Down.

The Double Down only has 540 calories, which isn't great for an item of its size but not nearly as bad as most people think--it's about on par with a Bic Mac (dunno about a Big Mc). Most versions of the Luther Burger have at least 800 calories, usually more.

ok, I tried the donut burger yesterday at the fair. Fairly thin patty, comes with cheese, I had the tomato on it. and yes, sandwiched between two krispy kreme glazed donuts. Bad for me? - uh, duh! Was it good? Very....nice mixture of sweet with the burger. I didn't have all the fixins on it, just the tomato. You can order either sweet potato fries or reg fries with it. I had the sweet potato. Couldn't eat them all. And a diet coke.....cause well, you have to justify it somehow.

Would I have it again? I'm thinkin it's one of those glad I tried it, but prob not. It is a ton of bad foodness for you. Of course, that's what you go to the fair for!
