Odds of getting tickets @ the game?

I've heard people saying they're gonna get tickets for face value at the game. What are the odds of that being true? I just got double crossed and the guy I was getting my tickets from sold them for more money. Still want to go though. Thoughts?

Go! I've never tried in Dallas but got multiple bowl game tix from games.

I've seen people selling them in Dallas but wouldn't count on face value unless someone is hitting the panic button at kickoff.

Patience usually pays off around kickoff time.

You can get in, but it will still cost you. Last year at kickoff a buddy paid $200 for a single.

Yeah I got tickets for face when we went to the Rose Bowl. I got tickets for less than face when we played Boise St.
