Can't say enough about his effort tonight..especially chasing the dude down and stripping the ball..Carter had just let up in his pursuit when Nelson made the play...The INT in the endzone...just a heck of a performance tonight..

Noticed at the game when things were going against us and some guys had their heads down, he was attempting to get guys jacked. He was AWESOME!!!

Watching him throw his body around, on the edges, against Air Force was extremely inspiring. He KOd himself he was playing so hard.

Thumbs up for Mr. Nelson! If anyone deserves a game ball, he certainly does!

Carter had just let up in his pursuit when Nelson made the play...
It was deliberate. He was setting himself up for the recovery and the 105-yard return for a touchdown. I don't think I yelled louder last night than when he looked like he was going to run that ball out of the end zone.

Great thread. Nelson was all over the field. He almost blocked a field goal, got a pick, forced that fumble to save a TD. He had a monster game when Carter struggled for the 1st time this season.

Also, Colvin played fairly well for being thrust in there for his 1st game... on the road.

Hats off to Nelson. He was spectacular.

Colvin just needs to turn his head around and make a play on the ball; he'll be fine. I think the coaches can correct that by next week if he has to play again. I remember some guys were having that same problem in Wk 1 and in Wk2 they didn't.

Player of the game in my opinion.
