Or at least this video looks like a video game. I sped it up to get through it buts its pretty crazy to think about how many nukes have been detonated globally over time.

You can totally tell when the Soviets ran out of money.

At times it looked like that part in Close Encounters of the Third Kind when they were communicating with the aliens via music and lights, and the thing went crazy.

Also, how the heck did England test a nuke on our soil?

You were thinking along the same lines as I was. It got me thinking about Close Encounters of the Third Kind. And I went "WTF?!?!" when it showed England testing actually 2 or 3 on our soil. Were we letting them or collaborating? Makes no sense.
