I'm predicting a Coaching Change in 2011.

I don't have high expectations, but I'd put money we don't end up that low.

11th? No way. Middle of the pack.

I don't really know what to think. I know we aren't going to be good but 11th? Hopefully Capel can get this misfit bunch of recruits to play as a team and we can surprise some people.

I haven't seen anything that make me think this team is better than 11th

If we start preseason 11th in conference next year, then something really is wrong.

I guess you havent seen Colorado and Iowa State :D

Im thinking most likely a 8-9 finish with a shot at 5-6 in a perfect scenario type season. That perfect scenario is that Blair is an adequate Big 12 point guard and Clark ends up being a stud

How can anybody predict what we will be. Heck I bet Coach doesn't know what to expect. Nobody on here knows what the rotations will be.

I bet we play hard and if we don't.......

11th during the regular season.

Then, in the biggest WTF moment ever, we win the Big 12 Conference Tourney, and go to the Big Dance.

:D It could happen!

I'm predicting a Coaching Change in 2011.

Joe C. will not settle for mediocrity. He will sit in LNC like make dedicated basketball fans still do, for virtually every game that another sports event isn't going on at the same time, and evaluate. Is this team showing signs of improvement? Is Capel an effective leader that can inspire and instruct the team toward being a Big 12 and NCAA championship contender again? It this the type of program that quality recruits and student-athletes will seriously consider going to under Capel?

My prediction: Capel gets back on track and is not ousted in 2011, unless the choice to leave is his.

Just call me homer because I have us going 18-14 over all .If we had played up to OUr talent last year I could understand everyone saying we can only go down from there. The fact that we had a bunch of prima donnas who did not compete because they were all about themselves IS NOT indicative of OU basketball or Capel in his 8 years as headcoach(total-VCU & OU).THERE IS NO WAY we finish 11th or 12th in conference.

I agree. regardless of the uncertainty the one thing i would bet money on is that we end up with a better win/loss record than lat year.
