I've been to a ton of bowl games and a few RRS and the only time I've seen something like that was with LSU fans.

Makes you even more proud of how we treat our guests in Norman.

every fan base has them. In the case of emerging teams that are just starting to get national recognition and regular bowl bids, it's hard to act like you've been there before when you haven't. So, we all understand.

That's not any worse than the typical * fans that you enounter in Dallas.

Your experience is much different then my experienced at the OU/UT games I've attended. I've found that Texas fans, while misguided and sad, tend to be good pretty much like OU fans.... yelling for their team before the game, good sports afterwards. Now Colorado fans.... that's another story.

Weren't there a lot of OU-tx score shirts when we were on that 5 game win streak. I know there were some that declared OU the texas state champion and showed all of our scores against texas teams that season.

Yeah, I remember someone selling those texas state champion shirts after the '93 season when we beat TCU, A&M, the whorns and then the sand aggies in the Sun Bowl.

As things would turn out, that would be the last time we could claim to be champions of anything for several more years.

I have had the honor of using a lateral vascular neck restraint, LVNR on a POS while working the game at Stoolwater one year. This orange & black painted 1/2 naked D-Bag was pissing in the moonroof of a Sooner fans car, after repeated request for him to get down from the car, he decided to sling a 40oz at me and a campus officer. He was asleep in just under 5 seconds and I was sure to leave his info on the windshield of the car. He complained all the way to the station that he left his cell phone & tickets on the trunk of the car, I never saw them but I am sure someone called his parents and kept his seat warm for him while he was in the drunktank. Funny thing, several weeks later, I got a call from a guy who was having his cars seats and carpet replaced at the dealership! It seems that the judge liked the punks guilty plea and offer to pay restitution of $2,200.00.. I LOVE ME SOME JUSTICE!

The only shirt I had regarding another school when I was at OU had a big "texass SUX" on the back of it. That could be worn at any time.

This exact scenario went down in the national title game when we played Florida. Some loud mouth drunk Florida fans were talking trash back and forth when an OU fan in front of me.

Long story short, it got physical.. shoving. The police came and removed the 2 annoying Florida fans from the stadium. They had been causing problems all night. Sadly, every fan base has morons like those on the video.

Ohio State fans are by far worse than * fans. I can't even begin to describe their stupidity or sheer meanness...you have to simply go to Columbus on gameday to experience it. They're so stupid, they were calling for John Cooper's head after he WON the Rose Bowl in 1997, just cause he went 11-1 and lost to Michigan.
They're not as disgusting as LSU fans, though...but close.

I don't like the "score" shirts but then I have never cared for the conference championship, bowl or national championship stuff either, just a regular Sooners shirt is fine with me. I think most of the "score" shirts are print shop driven but why people buy them I will never understand.
