This team has too many holes for me to confidently predict they'll go undefeated this season. But there's not a single game on their schedule that they shouldn't win. So I certainly wouldn't agree that they they have too many holes to go undefeated.

So I guess I disagree with both statements: I think it's entirely possible that they'll go undefeated, but I wouldn't count on it.

Last year Bama really had a team that after just a couple of games you could tell looked solid enough to have a great shot at it... but that even then it was by no means a done deal.

Us this year... not yet in the same ball park.

I'll call this now... IF (huge IF) Lewis and Broyles want to come back next year, next year's squad should be developed, mature, and deep enough to have the makings of a truly dangerous national title contender.

Not to say this year's team can't be BCS-caliber by the end of the season. These next two weeks (first road game and the obvious... Texas) are it. (Yes, I am playing the part of Capt. Obvious.)

USU- Up by 21 then get comfy and dont go for the throat. Next thing ya know its a ball game folks.

FSU- Get up big, but FSU players talk shjt a lot and keep us fired up so we pound their veejays

AFA- get up, no shjt talk, let them back in and recline. Then, oh crap! they might beat us...too late to make the game ending blow...

We're in the mix and the only team in this conference that has looked better is not on our schedule until the Big XII championship game and Stoops is 6-1 in those. I like our chances. Through three games it appears we murder big name programs who play sloppy. Do you hear that *?
