After reading the ESPN article about Brown vs. Tuberville, I researched Stoops record (not bad):

12 - 8 Bob Stoops, 60%
9 - 13 Mack Brown, 59%
11 - 7 Nick Saban, 61%
12 - 3 Urban Meyer, 80%
15 - 13 Tommy Tuberville, 54%

Check the math on MB. If the 9 and 13 represent wins and losses, respectively, then his percentage is 41%
