Been here 3 hours, and just figured out the wifi thing.
Nothing really interesting going on; just wanted to tell somebody.

Congrats! My son, who is the youngest of my three children, was born 22 years ago but I remember every detail of that few hours vividly. After 2 beautiful little girls, I wanted a son so badly. You're a lucky man!

THanks for all the well wishing, folks. You guys are great. Mom has been having a bit of trouble, but we are out of the woods for now. The doc tells me it will be about an hour or two until he comes, but he's a whorn alum so I don't trust him ;)
I had the nurse make sure I can watch the game from the room so he gets his first taste of OU glory tomorrow.

So I'm assuming you guys are going the natural route? If so, then good for you!
We tried but Con's head was turned. Didn't go according to plan but his birth was a religious experience for me. What a night that was.:)
Hang in there and enjoy it.

If by natural, you mean non-c section, then yes we are. We're getting closer by the minute.

Woohoo. Congrats. As many have said here, it is life altering (for the good, but different).
Mine is nearly 30 and I remember like it was last week. Of course, I am 52 and don't remember what I had for breakfast this morning. :D
Congrats again. The time will fly by, so savor every minute.

Congrats man! My son turns one at the end of the month.
Same here, on the 26th. He's going to his first OU watch party this weekend - well at least first since he was a tiny sleepy one.
Congrats from me!
