From time to time he has chimed in on mid-majors not being quite deserving because of their schedules throughout the season.

My take is...he should STFU and not voice an opinion. He was on the 1984 BYU team that won the hearts of the writers and coaches.

Random topic yes but I thought what the hell.

After beating a 6-5 Michigan team in the Holiday Bowl. Which, at that time, was a joke.

Maybe he feels they weren't deserving as well. I actually think he's pretty good at breaking the game down, very knowledgeable.
