Mike Stoops is getting hosed here... It should be at Arizona. #9 Iowa vs #18 Arizona. Why would you have it at a game with an unranked team when you could host it at a game with a top 10 ranked team and another top 25 ranked team?

They've already indicated that if OU and Texas win out in September, they'll be at the Texas State Fair 10/2.

And yeah, Clemson/Allbarn makes me glad I have to be at the stadium by 9:30.

i quit trying to make sense of espn logic a loong time ago...

but you're right. i'd much rather see arizona/iowa than auburn/clemson

This has been a head-scratcher since Monday. I guess it is now called, "College Gameday presented by the SEC".

Remember, UF and Bama is the same day as OU/Texas.

As much as I really don't care, the location of Gameday is generally accepted as the "big game" of the week. For that reason, I would like to see them move it out of the SEC ocassionally.

Saying all of that, I'm sure our students will get their chance to act a fool in front of the set at some point this year.

it's real simple folks... ESPN has a deal with the SEC now.

Get used to Gameday being in SEC country even more than they were before.

The Iowa/Arizona game comes on way past Lee's bedtime so they can't have it there. :D

But Clemson & Auburn, how lame!! Two mediocre teams.

As for week 5, if CBS picks up the Tide/Gayturds game, it'll prolly be at the Fair.

Apparently they have to setup stuff before the crack of dawn at the site on campus if they're in pacific time, so they prefer central and east timezone games... not because of any SEC bias, or even a Big Ten bias (because they pretty much are all Big Ten guys, right?) but a timezone bias.

I agree as that game is going to be nuts. *AZ has called for a Red-Out but over 12,000 Iowa fans are expected. *Mike Stoops going up against his alma-mater. *Revenge factor. *Speed & Finese against Smash-Mouth.

This is definitely 2nd best game of the day.

There are a few interesting Pac 10/Big 10 match ups. I know no one is really looking at ASU to do anything this year but I would really like to see them beat Wisco and prove to be improved over last years team. and USC should easily handle Minn.
