We only moved up one spot, to #9 :mad: . FSU dropped out completely, and welcome back Michigan.

Good, keep up low in the polls, it will motivate the players more. Although I would like to increase our record to 100 weeks at #1, 100 just has a nice ring to it

Always better to be higher up the pole than at the bottom of it.

Just looks like the typical voters being afraid to bump down top 10 (especially top 5) teams without them losing. We've obviously been more impressive than a few of those above us, but all we need is time and more wins and we'll be up there. Weirdly enough we did move past Iowa, and they looked as impressive as you can against a horrible Iowa State team. How Texas and Florida still have 100 and 200 points more than us is interesting.

NU has played great so far and has proven that they have an off, even if against inferior talent. Florida and ut have looked average so far

Would it be off to say that we have had the most impressive win this far this season? 'Bama over PSU was expected, and could have been worse; tOSU over scUM was good, but not as impressive; BSU over VT is now not as good; LSU over UNC was nearly a flop. If it is, then why aren't we higher.

I think we entered into that interesting territory where we beat FSU too bad. We dominated the game so much that no one's sure whether or not FSU is a terrible team. As the season plays out the victory will either gain or lose a lot of value, we just have to see what kind of season they have.

Somewhat ridiculous. We'll beat the #4/5 and #6/8 teams by the end of the season. Strength of schedule really favors us right now. Really hoping for Bama and tOSU to lose one so Boise gets a very angry Sooner team. :D

The thing I hope people realize is that there isnt a great team this season, none at all that ive seen. We catch a few breaks and play consistent and we can have a shot at some great things

That would be funny, but no way that happens. SUC has problems. They are gonna be missing Petey really soon.

Also...its not better to be higher than lower in week 2. It really doesn't make a **** difference. In fact, better to be under the radar.
