Does Te*as ever play Houston or TCU?

Like the title says. Does Te*as ever play Houston or TCU? I know they don't like to leave the friendly confines of their state, so I'm wondering why they don't play them more.

Did a little looking around and found out they played TCU once during the 00's but used to play a bunch in the past.

Not sure about TCU but there's a bit of bad blood between UH and Texas from a few years back.

Kind of a long story but the basics are that back in 2003ish Texas asked UH to move a game to be played at UH to the newly minted Reliant Stadium. UH said no but promised to build temporary bleachers to accommodate more UT fans. Less than a week before the game, UH declared the temporary bleachers 'unsafe' and it really ****ed of UT. Pretty big deal here in Houston. UT signed it's current 6 (or 8) game contract with Rice shortly thereafter.

yeah, they played them between us playing them in 2005 and 2008

if i had to guess i'd say 2007. seems they rolled them without much problem

Most of the Texas schools in the Big 12 haven't played those that didn't make it as often as you would think, most of the time playing the traditional "weak sisters" of their former conference, SMU and Rice show up the most.

I think the "bad blood" extends much further back than that 2007 UT-Houston game that didn't happen.

i think (memory only) that UH beat tx 3 consecutive times when both were in SWC.

really burned them once with over 60 pts.

seem to remember in one game; UH got 4 pick 6s.
