I enjoy mustard on a wide variety of things that I eat. However, I am not satisfied with my current mustard. Can somebody recommend me a good spicy mustard to try?

Makes the sammy experience a thrill-ride.

Sure! Zatarain's Creole Mustard, or one of many comparable brands of Creole mustard, if you can find them in Nebraska.

You can probably get it other places but there is a German deli/store in Tulsa around 81st and Sheridan that has it. Margaret's Kitchen in the Farm shopping center has some good mustards too. Go on Thursday when the Hungarian goulash is teh special!

I used this cranberry mustard for one cycle of turkey sandwiches last spring. Not as versatile as some mustards, but it treats turkey well.

and that Zatarain's already mentioned makes a killer shrimp remoulade sauce. You'll have to check with others on this board about how well it goes with possum.

As for me, I take a spicy brown mustard (or as spicy and flavorful as I can get) and then add whatever my current favorite hot sauce to it.

They have (or used to have) a mustard called "Beer and Brat" available at Sam's. It's my favorite. It's quite a bit hotter than most of the spicy mustards.

In Heinz's defense, they do carry a bottle of Ketchup that does not contain HFCS. Unfortunately, it's not sold in the mega bottle size. I need that for BBQ sauce makin'.
