We hire(d) a lot of cheaters. NCAA doesn't go poking around 12 year old stuff do they?

If John Blake is ever hired by any NCAA institution again, they must be the most desperate group ever. I wonder if NCAA will stick a show cause label on him?

This guy is sleaze defined...

If they didn't they would never have penalized $UC for Reggie Bush . . .

Up here in Nebraska we're hoping they don't go back more than 4-5 years. Don't remember which year he left. The man is toxic. Reminds me of that basketball coach, Sampson.

Blake resigning is basically an admission of guilt. UNC is slowly headed toward being cited for lack of institutional control, IMO. With all that's going on now in Chapel Hill, what with the academic scandal also, no way Butch Davis survives this. More heads are going to roll.

Everything I've found states that there's a four year statute of limitations. I'm sure if an investigation is already underway (i.e. USC) then it wouldn't apply.

I do remember in the early to mid '90s a lot came out about what was going on in Miami in the '80s but it was reported that the statute of limitations had expired.

I guess you've never rubbed a dog's nose in a mess he made...
