Hello! Since football season is coming up, I wanted to reach out to everyone to get their input on the highlight videos. Here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N7uDgWHrVIM) is the Stanford video for review. The following is what I was planning on for the upcoming year.

Video: 720p HD (unless only able to get in SD since I live in Orlando)

Audio: TV broadcast (no music, and no radio play-by-play)

After you watch the video, tell me if these is anything else that I can add to the video, or things I should take away. Thanks again!

P.S. I have AT&T u-verse, which on soonersports.com shows that they will carry the game. Hopefully I'll be able to get it!

Do you put these on dvd?

I usually delete them after I am finished with them. A total game may take up about 20 GB. I have a blu-ray burner, so I'm thinking about putting the games on blu-ray for myself.

Kyle, you always do a great job, I'm sure we'll love it, and thanks for all the hard work--I think Landry needs to watch that clip, it'll give him some confidence going into this season, he made some great throws in that game.

That would be perfect if you could get rid of that down and distance arrow and all the other garbage superimposed on the screen.

Personally, I think it is great the way you have it.

Thanks for all the positive comments. If someone wanted copies, I could put them on DVD. However, they are very easy to obtain yourself. You can actually download the original files directly from youtube using a youtube browser download attachment.

If I downloaded them from Youtube would they still be that size, or would the automatically re-size to fit my t.v.?

Oh I know I can download them from youtube. You are talking to a guy who can thwart whatever soonerports comes up with to keep me from downloading their videos. The video quality is terrible after you do that though!

If he's uploading 720p vids and you grab the hd version, they won't be THAT bad. No, you don't want to watch on a 46" 1080p tv, but when I watch full screen on my 24" 1080p computer monitor, it's not that awful at all.

What video editing software do you use? I'm doing my own DVD project, and it would be nice to have something that doesn't suck.

I would kill someone... in front of their own mama... to get the coach's camera footage. I'd love to make my own game film cutups so I can nerd out over our games.

Thank you for this video. After playing the Hammer's hit on that poor soul on the kickoff return for the 10th time - at her request, by the way - my 3 year old daughter yells "Daddy, let's go upstairs (where the XBOX is)and play football!! Yeeeeaaahhh!!!"

i would kill someone to break down that film, then make a better video than that one guy who puts em in his sig.

What video editing software do you use?

Sony Vegas. It works well at handling HD.

I'm not an expert so I can't say one way or the other. I know it is highly recommended by people that know WAY more than I do!
