DeMarcus Granger will be our special guest this Saturday at our pre-game tent on Campus Corner. DeMarcus will be celebrating his 24th birthday with us, as he greets fans and signs autographs in front of The Apothem store from 3 to 5 p.m.

Granger's brightest moment -- during an OU career plagued by injuries -- came in the Cotton Bowl when he played a key role in helping the Sooners beat Texas in 2007. He started 11 games at defensive tackle that season and earned second team All-Big 12 honors.

Autographs will be $10 each, and we'll also be offering some subscription specials, as well as deals on on autographed Heisman issues. Come see us Saturday, beginning at 10 a.m. on Campus Corner.

What's he up to these days? Is football still a possibility?

He signed with Seattle as an undrafted free agent back in April, but was cut this summer during camp. Not sure if he plans to pursue football in the future.
