No, he Merican. He made millions in bidness but he never told anyone what he did. He loves the game of pool and thats where I met him, on a pool forum. Lost his bidness and put that house on the market. Has another shack in LA.

That "bidness" wasn't architecture....the only very wealthy architects that I have known had family money to start out with. I have known a few "wealthy" ones who got into the development business at the right time and pretty much let architecture become a side business.
