Homeys Good morning thread mentioned these Fine Automobiles . It got me to wondering . How many of you have ever seen one ? Ive seen 2 and ridden in one of em .

don't think i've ever seen one. maybe i have but don't remember. been in car museums in Reno & Vegas.

know i've never ridden in one.

If its any kinda Car museum , then Im sure you seen em .
Hell I wasnt thinking about the museums , the 2 Ive seen were on the road drivers .

Olevet went to his 50th high school reunion in a brand new hupmobile.

they were good museums. the first was the old "Harrah"s" in Reno.
back in 83, before they broke it up.

the other was @ "Imperial Palace" in vegas.

i thinf the one in Reno had everything,but all i can remember is the 49 or 50 merc from"rebel without a cause" & a ford "tri-motor".

I mean, aren't *all* cars pretty much that...at least in high school?

The late James Leake of Muskogee had a 1924 Hupmobile touring car like the one in the pic. He used to drive it along Honor Heights drive when I was a kid.

my Dad was in the veterans hospital on honor heights in Muskogee.

She's gone. I figured it out for myself. They were both shorter than all their kids.
