Well, unless they get into gear, it looks like things might not be as interesting as we had hoped when FSU comes to town.

Christian Ponder recently was quoted as saying “This is embarrassing, to be honest.” when discussing his offense and their recent scrimmage performance.

I'm pretty sure OUr boys will give Free Shoes plenty of attention and preparation. Their battle cry should be "This one's for Mike!!" after the way FSU stuck their nose into none of their business and got him disqualified from the team last year. I hope they're still mad about that, especially his fellow linebackers, and I hope they get their justice by putting Ponder on his *** often and painfully.

I saw that on ESPN. They did say that 3 of their offensive linemen didn't play, so that's a huge part of it. I do think FSU is going to have some legitimate problems. Their primary problem is game #2 on their schedule. ;)

Chris Ponder is poor-mouthing. You guys will win this game, but I think it will be closer than some believe, not only because I think FSU will be one of the most improved teams this year but also because I think having Mark Stoops will help them gameplan for you guys.
