It is the picture where Sttops (playing for Iowa in 1979) tries to tackle Billy.I have checked several OU,sports memorabilia stores with no luck.Ran into Q at his store in Quail last year and he said he thought he could get it but no luck.

What most people don't know is that Stoops showed this picture to Roy Williams before his flying leap at Simms.

pulled this from an old post.... pretty funny...

I also had Bob and Billy sign an 8x10 of the first pic. It's pretty sweet! When I asked Billy to sign it, he said "you know he (Bob) missed right?" I said "oh really?" He said "yeah, he missed me...he's been sayin he got me but he missed me!" "When you have him sign that, tell him that he missed!" I laughed it off. A few months later I got Bob to sign it. He said "you know that was my second game I ever played, a true freshman and here I was chasing around Billy Sims!" I said "that's awesome coach!" He then said "you know I made the tackle right?" I said "oh yeah, because Billy said you whiffed?" He replied "ahhh, what else would you expect Billy to say?!" "I got him!" I laughed....

Billy should have won the Heisman twice. Charles White, no way. Billy avg'd like 7.8 yards per tote the year he didn't win.

edit: he doesn't fumble in Lincoln (after making a ridiculous move on a guy)......we win the NC and Billy is Archie Griffin. but a lot better.

lotta great stuff in that pic. the crown on the field, you can only see our sidelines above the knees. Gary Gibbs hair and polyester coaching sansabelts, pretty evident. no way Bobby is making a tackle on Billy in this one.
